Ingredients:
1 ½
pound of Sirloin steak (1/2 inch strips)
* 2 large Tomatoes, diced
1
tablespoon of Paprika * 1 cup of Beef broth
2 Garlic
cloves, crushed * ¼ cup of Water
2 tbsp.
of Olive Oil * 2 tbsp. of Cornstarch
1
cup of Sliced onions * 2 tbsp. of Soy sauce
2 Bell
peppers, sliced * 2 large Tomatoes, diced
3
cups of Hot cooked rice
Directions:
Season
the steak with paprika and rest at room temperature while preparing remaining
ingredients.
Sauté crushed garlic, add steak, and brown gently. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Continue to cook until vegetables have
wilted. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Cover,
and simmer for about 45 minutes. Combine water, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Stir
into steak and cook until thickened.
Serve
over freshly cooked rice.
