Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) box Jumbo pasta shells * 1 lb. hamburger
1
(8 oz) package cream cheese * ¼ cup diced onion
2
cups fresh chopped baby spinach, or 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and the
water squeezed out
1
(6 oz) can chopped black olives, if desired
1
jar spaghetti sauce * 1 (16 oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and
set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain hamburger. Add cream cheese, onion, spinach and olives
to the hamburger and mix well. Cover
bottom of baking dish with half the jar of spaghetti sauce. Spoon the hamburger mixture into each shell
and arrange in the baking dish. Cover
filled shells with the remaining spaghetti sauce and bake covered for 30
minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle with
mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for
additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
