Gooey Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar, packed   *   1 cup butter
18-20 large marshmallows (or about 80 mini-marshmallows)
12 cups popcorn, popped

Directions:
Microwave the brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes and stir.  Add the marshmallows.  Microwave until melted, 1 ½ to 2 minutes and mix until combined.  Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly covered.
