Ingredients:

lb. of regular ground beef * 1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2
cloves garlic, minced * 1/8 cup paprika
½
tsp. black pepper * ½ cup chili powder (or to taste)
1/8
cup cumin
Directions:
Cook
meat, garlic and onions until tender, use no water will form quite a bit of
juice, but do not ladle off. When this
is done add paprika, chili powder and cumin.
Stir well and often while cooking about 15 minutes longer over very low
heat. If desired, add 2 small cans
tomato paste and stir often as this mixture burns very easily.
Add
this to your pot along with the other chili ingredients.
