Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast, split into two cutlets * 6
Tbsp. Butter
Flour (for dredging the chicken) * ¼ cup White Wine
Flour (for dredging the chicken) * ¼ cup White Wine
1 (8 oz.) pkg of button mushrooms, sliced * 1/8
tsp. garlic salt
1 bunch green onions, sliced and separated

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions:
Melt 3 Tbsp.
butter in skillet on medium heat. Dredge
the chicken in flour and place in the skillet.
Cook until chicken is golden brown, (3-5 minutes per side). Remove chicken to plate and set aside. Melt the remaining butter and add
mushrooms. Cook mushrooms until tender,
add the white ends of the onions. Cook until onions are tender. Add the green ends of the onions and cook
until soft. Remove to a bowl and set
aside. Return chicken to the pan and
cover with the mushrooms and onions.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, cover and reduce heat. Cook until cheese is melted and serve.
