Aunt Sharon’s Rich Lemon Bars

1 ½ cups flour   *   ½ cup powdered sugar  
¾ cup margarine or butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten   *   1 ½ cups sugar 
3 Tbsp. flour   *   1 Tsp. baking powder 
½ cup lemon juice

Mix the crust’s ingredients together until crumbly.  Press onto bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Mix together the filling ingredients and pour over baked crust; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool.  Cut into bars.   Sprinkle with powdered sugar.  Store covered in refrigerator.
