Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:
½ cup brown sugar, packed   *   ½ cup butter
9-10 large marshmallows
(About 40 if you use mini-marshmallows)
12 cups of popcorn, popped

Directions:

Microwave the brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes.  Add marshmallows.  Microwave the mixture until melted, 1½ to 2 minutes.  Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly covered.
